My name is Ted Koclanes and I am the remote control pilot of the electric aircraft. I am also a realtor for Century21 in New Braunfels. My goal was to enjoy flying remote control planes as a hobby. Being a realtor I was able to realize the need for aerial photos for many types of properties. These types of photos show the property usually alot better than a front view (ground level) shot normally does. You will be able to show the lay of the land, neighborhood and landmarks to prospective clients much easier than before.
If you are wanting that once in a lifetime photo from the air and can’t afford to spend a fortune. I have the solution for you. I utilize an affordable approach, a non typical approach to low level aerial photography which allows me to keep the my cost down while passing the savings to you. My photos are typically much superior to what is taken from a regular plane or helicopter, and cost way less too.
People are using the internet to shop for Homes, Commercial properties and more. The better your photos are the better chance you have them calling you. Aerial Photography will enhance what they see. It will give them an awesome perspective of a property. Clients from out of state will appreciate these photos which give them a better overall view of the property. I can take aerial photos of almost anything. From Residential homes, Apartment complexes, Strip centers, Industrial Buildings, Vacant land and more. I have spent alot of time flying and shooting photographs from the air in many different areas and in many different situations. My area of work is San Antonio , New Braunfels, Boerne, San Marcos, and surrounding Texas cities or areas, but feel free to call me if you are outside this area.
Awesome, Breath taking Views from my Quiet Electric Plane.
From high in the sky no one will know my plane is up there as it is whisper quiet. My plane is very small and weighs under 2 lbs combined weight. It is super quiet and flys like a slow moving buzzard high above moving slowly over your property capturing all the beauty of the surrounding areas as needed. Click to see Photo Gallery. The optimum flying time is early in the morning between 8am and 10am and early evenings between 6 and 8pm. What is happening at these times is lower winds which make for better pictures. I cannot fly my plane over 10 to 12 Mph winds or on Cloudy days. I only use Super High Quality equipment , State of the art Pentax Digital Cameras, sophisticated electronics and all digital pictures are immediately reviewed on site via Notebook computer to ensure quality images.
